We’re making document signing simpler with our new FuseSign integration, allowing eligible documents to be sent to clients for electronic signing directly through your PantherCorp workflow.

Electronic signing made simpler

Electronic signatures are now a routine part of doing business. Depending on the document and the applicable legal requirements, a signature may be completed electronically by typing a name, inserting a signature, signing on a touchscreen or using an electronic signing platform such as FuseSign.

However, not every document can be signed electronically, as requirements can vary. Our FuseSign integration is designed to make electronic signing easier while leaving you in control of which documents are appropriate for electronic execution.

Two ways to send documents to FuseSign
When connecting to FuseSign through the PantherCorp integration, you can choose your document delivery method for digital signing.
Option 1 — Sign Now Send directly to your client For when you want your client to receive the signing request immediately. The documents are sent directly to the signatories according to the default settings in your FuseSign account. We prepare documents and send to FuseSign in Active Client receives request with your practice's branding Client signs	Option 2 — Review First Review before sending to your client For when you want to review or add other documents, such as your invoice, client letter, trust deed or others before requesting signatures. The documents are sent to your FuseSign account as a Draft, giving you the opportunity to review the documents and make any changes before sending it to your client, creating one convenient signing package. Important: The FuseSign integration does not determine whether a document you add is legally suitable for electronic execution. You remain responsible for ensuring that any additional documents you include meet the relevant legal requirements.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of documents can I send to FuseSign for digital signing?

Now: Your clients can digitally sign Pty Ltd Company Registration documents, post-registration.

How does the FuseSign digital signing integration work?

Once you have integrated your FuseSign account, you will have the option in your company registration orders to push the registration documents to FuseSign for digital signing.

You will be prompted to enter an email address for each signer, and their mobile if your FuseSign settings require it. Once you've entered the details for all signers, you can submit your order as usual and we'll take it from there to review your order, register the company, create and review your documents.

Once finalised, your documents will automatically be pushed through to FuseSign using your chosen delivery method and we’ll email you a link to your Draft or Active bundle in FuseSign for you to track signing progress or review and send.

How do I integrate with my FuseSign account?

Log in to your PantherCorp account.
In the top right-hand corner, click on the arrow next to your name.
Click on App Connect, which will take you to the integrations page.
Click Connect next to the FuseSign option.
You will be prompted to enter your FuseSign credentials (email address and password).
You will be taken to a page where you’ll need to authorise Docscentre to integrate with your FuseSign account.
Click Authorise for Docscentre.
You will see the message ‘Successfully connected to FuseSign’.
Click Return to form.
You will now see Connected next to FuseSign in App Connect.

Note: Only FuseSign Champions are permitted to authorise the connection to FuseSign, so you will need to make sure that you have Champion access within your FuseSign account. Contact your FuseSign administrator and request that they grant you Champion access — here’s how to do this in FuseSign. Once the connection has been established, all other users under the account will be able to push documents through for digital signing.

What if I don't have a FuseSign account?

To integrate your PantherCorp account with FuseSign, you will need a Business Lite subscription, at minimum. Start a free 14-day trial with FuseSign.

I’ve received an error when pushing documents to FuseSign. What should I do?

Please contact our team for support. We will have a log of the error and will work through this with you.
